The Nature Shop at the Sandbanks Visitor Centre is stocked with a variety of Sandbanks souvenirs, clothing items, artwork, nature books and guides, and much more. Be sure to bring your Friends of Sandbanks membership card to receive your 10% discount. New merchandise is on display from Mother’s Day when the shop is open 10:00 am till 4:30 pm every day, Wednesday 10:00 to 1:00 pm. Friends of Sandbanks runs the Nature Shop. Look for the Friends publication, Sandscapes: Exploring the Dunes of Sandbanks Provincial Park. As well, exhibits provide an opportunity to learn more about Sandbanks history and natural features. Displays include live reptiles, amphibians and fish, as well as examples of some of the more common plant life found at Sandbanks.
