Prince Edward Learning Centre is so much more than just a place to learn to read and write. The Learning Centre is a registered, charitable organization. It is an adult learning centre for people who wish to improve their skills in math, English, and employment related subjects. Literacy is a real hurdle for over 5 million Canadians. A lot of people in Canada cannot read, write, or handle numbers well enough to meet the literacy demands of today’s society. Employment is one of those demands. PELC aims to assist people in meeting either educational or employment goals. We are sharing space with Loyala, School of Adult & Continuing Education
