Clafeld: Before the wine boom, in Prince Edward County, one could say that Waupoos was the apple basket of the area. With hundreds of acres of orchards planted, Waupoos produced many varieties of apples. Some of these apple tress still stand and naturally, this is where Clafeld’s Fruit Winery and Cider House is found. In addition to our hard ciders and flavoured wine, we also have a line of preserves made by our chef Lili Sullivan. A huge selection of jams, jellies, chutneys, sauces and picked vegetables. Throughout the summer months, we offer fresh food. Take it to go or enjoy it with a glass of cider on our licensed patio, overlooking Lake Ontario. Choose from a variety of sandwiches, salads, cheese and charcuterie plates. In addition, we also have a large selection on snacks for when you’re on the go. Fresh local cheese curds, crackers, cookies, chips, small grocery items, and so much more! Farm House: Planning a weekend? The Farm House is a beautifully restored century home nestled on the 100 acre grounds of the Waupoos Estates Winery and Clafeld Cider House.
