We serve our community and the world recognizing the dignity of one another and respecting our differences with joy, hope and the grace of God. You will find a warm welcome at worship every Sunday at 11:00am. We host community events and concerts, and provide facilities for rent. Sanctuary: A beautifully crafted sanctuary is the largest indoor seating venue in Prince Edward County and boasts excellent acoustics. It is a perfect fit for your wedding ceremony, AGM conference or concert. The White Chapel: What better setting for your special day, than in one of the earliest Methodist Churches in Upper Canada. Little has changed since its erection in 1809 and still exudes that early period charm. Centennial Hall: This hall located at the back of Picton United Church has been used to hold many church and community functions and receptions. It includes a large 14ft X 40ft kitchen, as well as a stage. The hall itself is 40ft X 60ft. Liquor permits are allowed on a per event basis. Office Space: Numerous rooms/offices of varying sizes are available for rent throughout the building. Special consideration is given to “not for profit” and community groups. […]

Service held annually in June. The White Chapel is open every Sunday afternoon during July and August for viewing. The White Chapel is a small, starkly beautiful, whitewashed chapel that has stood at the edge of Picton, off of what is now Highway 49, for almost 200 years. Built in 1809, it is a simple, spiritual and inspiring place that holds just one public church service a year. You are warmly invited to join the congregation in the chapel where the earliest settlers sang their hymns – a chapel that has been a place of worship longer than any other church of Methodist origin in Ontario. Address: Hwy 49 and White Chapel Rd. Picton Ontario For more information call Picton United Church at 613-476-6050
