Italian Cooking Classes Angelo’s cooking studio is an expression of his philosophy, “Italian roots in local soil”. Simple authentic Italian regional recipes are prepared with the best produce Prince Edward County has to offer. Born in Naples, Italy, in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, Angelo was surrounded by the agricultural splendour of the area. The Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company is privately owned, environmentally and socially responsible enterprise producing fine hand made cheeses using fresh, locally produced goat and buffalo milk. Serving up artisan cheese trays with charcuterie. Welcome to the world of Honey Pie Hives & Herbals. It’s the place to go for all things honey and herbal. Look for the signs and drive down our long lane past the colourful beehives to find our farm store and mead tasting room in our strawbale farmhouse. We keep bees and grow herbs on our farm in Prince Edward County, Ontario. We combine beeswax and propolis with organic herbs to make natural healthful products. We are a small, farm-based business. All of our products are made by hand in our workshop in our farmhouse ~ except for the honey which is made by the bees! Open Wed. – Sun. 9am-5pm May – October Open Sat & Sun 9am-5pm November & December Open by appointment January – April We take all our goods to market in Toronto too! We’re at The Stop’s Farmers Market at Wychwood Barns in Toronto, Ontario every Saturday from 8AM-1PM. This year-round farmers’ market is at Christie St. and St. Clair West.
