Saturday Public Cooking Classes Spring/Summer 2014
All classes: arrival 9:30am unless otherwise noted.
Cost: $90 per person + HST (includes lunch)
April 12 Sausage Making
Sausage King of Ontario, Angelo Bean (title awarded at Chefs and Butchers competition hosted by Kevin Brauch and Ivy Knight), will teach you how to make his award winning Riesling and Baco Noir pork sausages. Using only your hands and old tools, you will easily be able to replicate the method in your home kitchen. Full lunch is provided and you get to take home your sausages!
April 19 – Tapas Party –‘Little Plates – Big Tastes”
Spanish inspired small plates are a popular format for a casual dinner party. Learn to create a wide range of flavourful dishes and pair it with some Sangria made with local wines
