Get ready for some fun in our heritage farmhouse kitchen!
Your culinary adventure begins at 9:30am when you arrive at our farmhouse door. The first 3 hours are devoted to a combined instruction and hands on cooking class. Your morning will start with a coffee or tea in the sunny dining room where Cynthia will review the menu and the day’s activities. This could also include picking a few ingredients in her kitchen garden. Following your class, lunch will be enjoyed together around the pine harvest table, with a complimentary sampling of local wines. Students will learn about the region, its food & wine and the stories behind the menu they will be creating together.
