It would be hard to imagine a classier or more delicious way to celebrate Canada Day than to be served by one of Canada’s great chefs, at his lovely farm in Hillier hamlet, where you can tour his vineyard and sample a range of By Chadsey’s Cairns Wines including a selection of our 2016 Vintage and our second “Darkling” traditional method sparkling red.

In case, you can’t make our dinner on Canada Day you will see that dinners occur weekly with participation of a range of County and Ontario wineries.
Ours will feature the broadest range of 100% County grown varieties including our Chenin, Muscat, Gamay and Riesling, as well as our sparklings, providing Jamie with huge creative culinary options. This is about our 10th dinner with Jamie who knows our wines very well indeed.
