Established in the Fall of 2013, Archway Connection is nestled in 25 beautiful acres in bucolic Prince Edward County, Ontario.
As a Not-for-Profit centre, it offers a nurturing and welcoming environment for emotional healing, mental health wellness and experiential learning.
We are open by appointment for tours, riding lessons, therapeutic sessions, and customized retreats. We also run wellness classes, camps and clubs.
The grounds are kept as close to their natural state as possible. There are forests, peaceful ponds and a myriad of nature details to explore.
Archway Connection’s therapeutic healing animals include wild mustangs, rescued horses, playful chickens, cats, dogs and a mammoth donkey. Animal-assisted therapy can be particularly beneficial for clients who are resistant to treatment or have difficulty accessing their emotions or expressing themselves in traditional modalities of therapy.
