Arriving from the east, the Loyalist Parkway from Kingston is a beautiful lakeside scenic drive and the Glenora Ferry shuttles cars to and from Prince Edward County at no charge. Get out of the car, stand at the railing, and watch the majestic landscape get closer.
The ferry crossing is operated by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, which runs at regular 30-minute intervals year-round (and more often at peak times in summer). The crossing (one-way) takes fifteen minutes.
